Today we're going to learn how I play the classic by The Band, The Weight from the album 'Music from Big Pink'.

We'll go through guitar chords, strumming patterns and count out some rhythms, pick out a harmonica, tab and demonstrate the melody and then jam through it all.

I play this a little different from the original recording. First of all, we are in the key of G rather than A. Secondly, for the intro I play the bridge or fill with a harmonica melody.
