The C harmonica is required in this one.
A C harmonica is the first one you need to follow along with the lessons on the site. I often play a Hohner Special 20 Harmonica in the key of C through a Shure Green Bullet microphone Model 5200 and Fender Super Champ amplifier
The Hohner Harmonica Neck Holder fits harmonicas up to 7-1/2" long.

ii Minor - D minor
Introduction
Let's look at D minor which is the ii minor chord in the key of C and where those chord tones are on the C harmonica.
Then we'll look at the Dorian scale which is the scale built off the second degree of the major scale. The Dorian mode is used for songs in a minor key.
Guitar
Chord - D minor. The notes in the chord are D, F and A.
Note that this is a minor chord and has a melancholy sound.
Aim for clean chords.
4/4 Rhythm - keep it as simple as needed.
You can start out by strumming whole notes to match with the harmonica rhythm or strum straight quarter notes.
If you're comfortable with that, try something more challenging.
In the video, I am playing this eighth-sixteenth rhythm.
Harmonica
The notes that make up the chord D minor and the Dorian scale are shown in the staffs below.
Treble Clef / G Clef - circles around the second line indicating this line as the note G. All notes can be determined from this reference.
Key of C - no sharps or flats in the key signature.
4/4 Time Signature - 4 beats per measure; quarter note is equal to a single beat and a whole note gets 4 beats.
* Work on playing single notes with a full sound.
* Listen to how the note being played fits into the chord.
* Work on reading the music and not just the tabs.
* Learn where the notes are on the harmonica.
* Have fun.
